Five-stars for sure! I dropped off my laptop unannounced for repair and John calls me be the very next day telling me that it was ready for pick up! Warm customer service, quick response time, at a fair price ($75) - what's not to like! I love it when small local business beats the mainland Big Boys at their own game.

So I was researching some places to fix my laptop and I came across SOHO Computer Repair and quickly emailed them. I got an immediate response from John the next day. I decided to stop by today (1/10/17) and AHHH!! John is amazing!!! He fixed my dead MacBook Pro! He managed to fix it within 2 hours! He's very knowledgeable and informative and very reasonable! Once again, John comes through! When the recent Windows 10 patch push made my start-up loop, John knew exactly what to do. Also put in a new graphics card for me. Total price was way below the pain I would have experienced somewhere else. I'm so glad I found this place!
