I've been going to this store for years and despite how disappointed I am with this city, stores like this are what make me reconsider moving away. The staff is helpful, well informed and straightforward. If they don't have something in stock, they can set you up to get a text message notification when that item is back in stock. If they don't carry a certain item, they will more than likely order it for you. I tend to make more money selling used stuff online but have sold plenty of games to this store because in the same way I have found great games there, I wanted to help others find great games and support the store in the process. Their locations are pretty far from where I live, but it's worth the trip. They hold gaming and community events regularly. If you haven't visited Gamers Anonymous yet, you're missing out!
I stopped by this afternoon to ask for help with a game I'd purchased elsewhere. I was warmly greeted while I waited in line and was quickly helped. The gentleman behind the counter listened to my issues and had no problems helping me even though my game wasn't from his store. He was able to fix my game by cleaning it and even waited to see if I could play it properly before I left. I wasn't charged a dime even though I took up a good 5 minutes of his time. I'm not a huge gamer nor am I what would be considered the common target demographic for gaming, even so I wasn't ignored or treated badly. I really appreciate the time taken to help me with my problem and I think I've found my new gamer store. Thanks guys!!
Great service every time. Recently stopped in to buy a PS1 controller, and unfortunately it wasn't working quite right. However we returned the next day and they replaced it quickly and easily, no hassle at all. Friendly staff always willing to help, and very knowledgeable. Great store!
