Well, I made the trip to see if they could repair my water damaged phone. When I arrived, without even looking at the phone, the associate told me they won't do water damage repairs. Didn't. Even. Look. At. It. So much for truth in advertising. Stay away.

They get 4 star because I was told it would take 20 minutes and it was a longer than 20 min wait. I know they knew that so they should just be upfront. People won't mind we have a whole mall to shop in. But besides that the service was great. Everyone was polite and my phone looks brand new. It is working just fine. And I got a free screen protector for my phone. All in all I'm happy with the services.

Broke my iPad again!!! Wamp wamp. These guys are fast and friendly.
They are located right next to Macy's. They have a very big store with case options and screen covers. There's prices are very affordable! The screen looked great, I am hoping not to have any lcd or backlight problems... But for now I totally recommend!
They also buy broken phones and offer you more than the atm cell phone machines!
