I took my old PS3 in for a Black Screen - Lost Video issue possible HDMI issue as I did not test with RGB cable. Told them going in if it was more than $50.00 I would just pass on the repair and buy a new unit. Received a call about a week after dropping it off that they could not reproduce the issue so I told them specifically what caused the black screen for me. After they experienced the issue I was contacted to say that they understood I did not want to spend more than $50.00 but they could fix the issue for $75.00 so I approved the repair. Took the PS3 home and watched one movie then the problem returned. Brought the unit back in and they now say the system is not repairable. I feel that should have been the initial diagnoses saving me a few $$'s and a trip from La Mesa.

Wow! thats all I can say. This place is great. I had learned about this place when one of my friend had told me his Playstation 3 was getting the red light of death (blinking red light) so he brought it here and mentioned that they had done an excellent job and that they even cleaned out the fans and interior to keep it cool and preventing it from getting hot. He was rite I took my PS3 in not even 2 days later I got a call from Jesse told me it was ready. Amazing fast service !! now im happy that is working like new again. save your self the time people and bring it here they do a fantastic job!!

I brought in my blue lighting ps4 to try to have it repaired. I was told it would be $50 for diagnostic (even though I already knew it was the APU) and they would need 3 days. 3 days later at end of business day I finally get a call saying it was repaired, so I went to pick up my console. I tested it at home and after 10 minutes of being on, the machine crashed and went back to the blue light of death. I went back the next day and was told they'd need another 3days but would not charge me. After not hearing from them for another 3 days, I called them on the 5th day and was told that they could not repair my ps4 and would refund $100 of the $150 I paid, keeping $50 for the diagnostic fee. Disappointing service and expensive diagnostic fee for something I already knew.
