These guys did a great job with my laptop. I dropped my laptop (I know...) And the screen joint was broke and it wouldn't stay on very long. The staff was very knowledgeable. They told me what was happening and what the best options were so I could control the cost. They ended up repairing a couple parts and cleaning up my system. Im up and running now and I'm very happy I don't lose my files. That would have set me back a lot at work.

This business and specifically the owner Mark prompted me to create a Yelp account just to write them a review. Would give 0 stars if an option. I had to initiate every point of contact with these jokers...and then initiate every follow up. I was given platitudes, excuses and the runaround for over a month and this was only AFTER I would contact them. Can't speak for Jack or John but Mark has very peculiar ideas on how to run a business and how to engage with customers. If his condescending demeanor and lack of communication and follow-through are any indication then save yourself the time, headache and heartburn and avoid this place like the plague. Of course your mileage may vary, but my personal experience was abysmal.
