I thought this place was ok. They did a good job fixing my iPhone 6 screen. If you check in you can get a free glass protector. They did take longer than originally expected. The clerk said 90-120 minutes and I came by at about 2 hours and they needed more time. Overall I'm satisfied with the results and the cost ok ($100). It was cheaper than getting a new phone.
I gave this place a try after my iPhone 5c gave out - I believed at the time that it needed a new battery. Battery was great but then callers couldn't hear me on phone calls unless I had the speaker on. So I returned it again and then another problem began - I could no longer move about from page to page. So back I go again. Through all this Cynthia was incredible - best customer service and so friendly. It would probably have been much easier to upgrade to another phone but I love my small and simply iPhone 5c. Thank you again, Cynthia and Daniel. I highly recommend this location. Cheers***
ok heres the deal. The customer service was good for the most part. Problem is the screens they use to replace iPhones are not an "iPhone" screen, they are a knockoff. It leads to a couple issues but the most troubling is if you were polarized glasses the screen is impossible to see. The other problem was the sensitivity of the screen. It was always causing me problems. I went back several times to try and fix the issue but when I left nothing had changed. Maybe you will have better luck.
