First time customer and saw great reviews on multiple social platforms so I felt comfortable and confident about taking my laptop in. Got my laptop in and out in a very timely manner. Carlos, who runs the business and as far as I know is also the one man show behind it all has exceptional customer service skills. Can't wait to see the success he'll continue to achieve with this business and gonna keep my fingers crossed the pricing stays as great as it currently is. Lol !! Definitely gained a new loyal customer and will be back for all my tech needs. Thanks again for bringing my laptop back to life!- a minimum wage makin college student.

Had a problem with my surface pro 3, got it fixed by Carlos, he was quick to fix it....... about a week later the sound went out, went back to have him fix it but after seeing how I was going to be charged full normal price I decided not to go with him to fix it..... I looked at this as a problem on the OS he put on my surface and should of communicated better before coming in because I didn't think I would be charged full price for him to fix it, maybe I'm the crazy one here. I doubt I will be back.

Valley Support has great service. Carlos is very professional and transparent in everything he does. Payment option is straightforward, and any additional upgrades are extra.
