A ginormous mahalo to Tei and the work he did with my home computer. We had an incident where the cpu sustained front end damage and I wasn't able to retrieve my data. This business has a.saying, "If we can't recover your data, no one else can." So I brought it in and kept diners vrossed. Lol and behold, I picked up my external drive with all my data! I was very, very happy. Cost is reasonable. Parking is free. If you're not getting your work done here, I don't know why it's taking you so long to figure that this is your one stop shop. Ask for TEI for great service!

These guys are awesome! Definitely recommend checking them out if you're having issues with your computer. My computer wouldn't boot and the fan would just keep revving. After several attempts of powering off and trying to turn on again I had no idea what to do...I took my computer in to HPC the next morning. Walked in carrying my machine and was greeted and helped right away. They hooked up to a monitor, opened the case and started their assessment/diagnostic tests. Swapped the RAM sticks and reset the motherboard, then optimized my startup. Everything was back to normal, and they did it for FREE!!

I called HPC after I got off the phone with Apple Care and I am so happy I did. I brought my machine in the next day. I appreciate Hip so much for aligning with my situation and assuring me there was a solution to my specific issue. Not only did I get a brand new Hard drive but Hip offered to update my operating system, replace my Cd-Rom and upgrade my RAM at the same time. I was avoiding my hard drive problem before this experience and now My computer works so much better with all my data from my old hard drive. I still can't believe I didn't have to buy a new machine! This place is Amazing, Oahu is lucky to have them for technical support. I had a great experience.
