US Wireless Repair

Decent repair for my broken laptop frame repair but this location was short-staffed with available technicians, resulting in delays. I received vague information on the status of my laptop and was unable to speak to any of the experts in charge of the service throughout the nearly 2 week waiting period, resulting in confusion and frustration. The repair itself was well done but I wish I was given an accurate estimate for the waiting time up front.
