This is a great place to buy secondhand DVDs for very cheap prices. The DVDs are organized alphabetically and there are thousands! Today we got the only copy of "Drake and Josh Go Hollywood" for $4 and it's selling for $27 on Amazon. We have gotten some movies for as low as sixty cents. Their customer service is decent. We bought two DVDs here that skipped when we played them. We brought them back and they offered to give us a store credit or another copy of the DVDs. However, selling back DVDs is overkill. They take a picture of your ID and then another picture OF YOU so if you are going to sell anything make sure you run a brush through your hair or something! I sold four DVDs for a grand total of $2.30 and they had to take a picture of me to give me the store credit. I understand it's procedure and there are rules like this for a reason, but it was kind of off-putting when the employee held up his tiny camera and told me he had to take a picture of my face. I'd rather sell my used things on OfferUp, Amazon, or Craigslist and avoid the awkwardness at CeX. Also, the lines is always out of control, with wait times occasionally being as long as 30 minutes to checkout. Keep that in mind! I would recommend CeX to anyone looking for cheap DVDs, but not to those who are camera shy.

Complete trash. They sold me a non functioning lightning cable for 15 dollars and it was immediately clear that they did not test it once. Most ridiculous nonsense from a secondhand electronics store and I will be sure to recommend against this store to everyone I know in Boston.

Never have been to this place before and won't be returning. Brought in a brand new iPhone 6 and a used iwatch, and they wouldn't take either. The employee said that I needed to know the mobile carrier of the phone or it was "too much of a liability for them." The phone had no carrier and was completely unlocked and had been given to me by a friend as an extra cell phone that I just never used. I would have traded some of the value for beats. Went to another location five minutes later that said this was complete bullshit. Don't waste your time with this place. The employee was rude too and talking over me several times.
