Jim is the owner of PC Connect and is great! I called on a Sunday morning and met him 30 minutes later to get my computer worked on. I had a corrupted user profile and he fixed the issue in an hour! And he did it for a third of the price that Best Buy had quoted me. Great customer service, flexible, and reasonably priced. I'll definitely go back for any future issues I might have.

I haven't been able to contact Jim regarding picking up my laptop for four days. the mail box is full and I had no response to numerous texts. this is no way to do business.
