Got help installing a new hard drive into a macbook as well as iPhone repair - solid work, done efficiently. Bought a used iPhone which broke completely within 2 months of purchase. Would recommend for phone repair, computer repair, etc. but not buy a used phone from them again.
I sent my iPhone 6 Plus in to be repaired. They advertise micro-soldering and said my "intermittent gray bars flashing across the top of the display with no touch response and random actions occurring" is a common problem and they could fix it. To be fair they said "Please keep in mind that due to the complexity of the repair not every repair is 100%. Typically our success rate is about 85%-90%". Well, I was one of the 10-15% I guess. I received a sad email saying the repair failed and asking if I wanted it back. I sent a couple of replies attempting to learn specifics of the condition. I had to call to find out. Paper weight. So sorry. I had to to pay $65 to get the dead phone back. Maybe I can get a few dollars on eBay for parts. If I had it to do over, I'd open the phone and place a shim near the video chip as I've seen in YouTube videos.
I have had several trips to Wires Computing for issues with family phones. On each occurrence they have been very professional and provided quality work. I found their prices to be fair and was in and out much faster than I had expected. On one occurrence I came in with 2 phones and each had trouble getting a good connection when trying to charge them. The quickly fixed them both for free! From my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.
