AMAZING!!!!! These guys were so prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I work for a company where the headquarters is in Florida. So when ever we have technical difficulties or need repairs to our laptops, phones, etc we had to ship them there, wait for the repair, and wait for it to be shipped back... which takes at least a month. When I contacted Glen about needing a repair and the importance of getting the laptop back as soon as possible he got right on it. He was able to assess the problem, order the part, complete the repair, educate me on the repair, and have my working laptop back to me within 5 days!!!!!!! That is unheard of. The personable and attentive customer service was the absolute most important part of my interaction that I received with this company. The customer service did not end after payment was delivered, but the repair was the followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was still working and to remind me of the warranty for the repairs in case something happened. I will always use their services!!!!!!! Thanks for a job well done ELECTRONIC WORKS !!!
