I was in a in Fresh Meadows Game Stop I think about a year ago asking them to repair a purchase they sold me and they couldn't. A customer overheard and recommended these guys. I have probably never been so grateful to a stranger before! These guys have fixed my Playstations, remotes, iPhones, Wiis - sometimes immediately, always perfectly the first time, and always for a fair price. I love them and all my electronics are working. I hope they are always there!!!

I've gotten many many phone screens fixed here. And sent a lot of people there. My last phone fixed by them ($115) whole top wasn't connected properly. I brought it back they did put an adhesive to bond the screen back on. I even put a rubber band on the top to hold it down. Well it didn't work. The next day the screen cracked across the whole phone. But the tempered glass was fine because it wasn't dropped it was the corner that was lifted the highest. I went back assuming they would take care of it since they didn't put it on correctly. But NOPE. I was charged again $75. They said that the cost of the part REALLY. I didn't mind paying for the part which is no more that 20 dollars. I am annoyed because they shouldn't of charged me anything since it was there mistake. Thanks for your great customer care. Total RIPP OFF!! Oh but they did give me a free screen protector WOW.
