I had an issue with their customer service. Ive been going to this place for a very long time. I love that they specialize in just apple products. I have loved their service, until today. However, today I was treated sort of rudely by the guy that was in the store, who is the guy that is always there. I brought in two cables , which I purchased there, for him to check because they did not seem to work. He immediately said, "you have to be more careful with them, don't be so rough, I've been selling these for years and no one has ever brought them back". Well, I have never been rough with them. As a matter of fact one stayed in my car and the other one in my living room. They were no longer under warranty, as I was not asking for a free replacement. My only request was for him to test the cables. My issue lies in how I was treated and spoken to, treated abruptly, and kind of felt like the salesperson was annoyed with me. He did not even offer to help me in any way, not even asked if I was interested in purchasing another cable. He was busy typing who knows what in my customer account. I would have purchased another cable but he didn't seem to be interested in dealing with me.

I've been going here for years and would never even think about going elsewhere. They absolutely cannot be beat in any category. It's hard to find a service that offers the lowest prices, highest quality of work AND convenience/speed but I'm thankful these guys are able to offer all the above. I always refer my friends/family to Nextech because I know they'll take care of them. Highly recommend!

I had my cracked iPhone 6 screen replaced. Cost was approx $115. When I got my phone, I compared it to another iPhone and saw it was significantly darker. Also, there was a small hole that was projecting white led light. I returned the phone and was told it was aftermarket parts. In the end, the guy gave me a new screen and the phone looks great. However, I think they use cheap or low quality replacement parts. Second, customer service and quality assurance is poor. The guy/owner was not friendly and was not apologetic. In hindsight, I would have went to the Apple Store.
