Fantastic service. I sent my backwards compatible PS3 to have the optical drive replaced a couple of months ago. The entire process was smooth -- I got a quote over the phone, the price was reasonable, and they kept me in the loop about the repair process. My PS3 is still reading blu-ray discs like a champ!

Choose this place to get your console fixed! Two things to consider:
1) When you look for it in person, it's a tiny window booth next to the corner store.
2) Cash only!
I asked them for a quote on repairing my 10 year old PS3. They responded quickly and professionally, and that held up when I met them in person. They ran a quick diagnostic test, asked intelligent questions, and were able to suss out what was wrong in a jiffy.
3 days later I get a call, a repaired PS3, and a lower price than I was quoted for.
I strongly recommend them!
