Error Code: 80710092 HELP!

I've been unable to sign in for about two days now and I keep getting this error message. I don't know whats left to do. I've restarted my router like some sites said, but still, nothing. Any ideas?

I have it set to auto sign in. When it doesn't sign in i go on internet browser then manually sign in and it works fine
I had a problem where i couldn't sign into psn for a few hours but i turned off my ps3 then reset my router and turned on my ps3 5 minutes later. I did it a few times before it worked though.
